Warranty and support
Omeo Technology publishes the warranty, the purchase agreement and the privacy policy that come with every machine, along with the user manual. We handle the support locally.

Worth knowing before you order
- Omeo Technology states that there is no warranty for riders over 110kg. The machine is rated for riders between 40kg and 110kg.
- In Australia the Omeo is factory set to 10km/h to meet local speed restrictions.
Support after delivery
Delivery includes handover training so you are confident using the machine before we leave. After that you have ongoing on-call local support on 0490 756 659 — you speak to us, not a call centre. Ask us to confirm your warranty in writing with your quote.
These warranty terms are in addition to the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If something is faulty you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under that law.
