Measurements
We take your measurements so the machine is matched to you, not to an average.

Free trial
Free trials are available within 50km of Ballarat, and trials further afield can be arranged for an additional fee. We can run the trial at our local park and gardens so you feel how the machine handles grass, slopes and real-world surfaces, or on your own ground.

Suitability confirmed
We confirm your suitability to the selected machine.

Quote accepted
We put the price in writing. Nothing moves until you accept it.

Invoice and payment
We invoice you directly. There are no payments taken through this website.

Machine ordered*
Your machine is ordered and we provide you with an estimated delivery date, so you know what you are waiting for.

Delivery and handover^
We deliver and stay to run through it with you until you are confident using it.

Ongoing support
On-call local support afterwards. You speak to us, not a call centre.
