Key to Independence is a Victorian mobility equipment supplier, established in April 2021. We supply and support quality equipment across Victoria, working with NDIS participants and their plan managers, support coordinators and therapists, as well as Aged Care, Workcover and TAC clients. We believe everyone deserves to have choice and control over how they live their lives.
We listen first
We provide a more personalised level of care, understanding and respect. That starts with listening — to what you want to do, what gets in the way, and what has or has not worked before — and then matching equipment to each individual.
Reference checked
Every team member is reference checked before they work with you.
Police checked
All staff hold a current national police clearance.
Working With Children
Our team holds current Working With Children Checks.
Level 2 first-aid
Staff are Level 2 first-aid qualified for your safety and peace of mind.
Equipment, matched to the person
We are proud official agents for the products we supply, including Strutt, Omeo and Phoenix. We fit equipment to the person rather than the other way round, and we would rather you trialled something before you commit any funding to it.
