NDIS ordering process

Plan Managed 

If you are Plan Managed, an invoice will be created and emailed to you within 1-2 business days. You can then send the invoice on to your Plan Manager for payment. 

We will send out your order as soon as we have received payment. 

Self Managed

If you are self-managed, your invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days for you to organise your funding/payment. 

Please note, if you wish to pay for your order at checkout, please do not choose the NDIS Payment option. Please choose one of the alternative payment options and your invoice will be sent to you for your record keeping.
